In line with our purpose to have evidence used consistently to transform lives in Africa, the new road map for the institute outlines ways through which we aim to promote a shift from a culture of low evidence use in decision-making to a setting where policy and programme actors actively seek and routinely use evidence. In doing so, the right investments can be made towards development that transforms the lives of all African people
