Part of the project is a seed grant initiative which supports activities of scientists that promote Evidence-Informed Decision-Making (EIDM) within governments. The ELA project led by Dr. Eucharia Nwaichi is one of these initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The ELA initiative awarded seed grant worth $20,0000 to four scientists to implement initiatives that institutionalise EIDM in government agencies in their countries. The grant was intended to support activities necessary to advance initiatives that nurture a culture of evidence use. Four see grants were awarded.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting on 2<sup>nd<\/sup> is the final training that Dr. Eucharia Nwaichi will hold and will focus on making EIDM a culture.
