Since the original ICPD declaration was endorsed in Cairo in 1994, a generation of change has unfolded in Africa, with social, physical, economic and political consequences across the continent.<\/p>\n<p>The dialogue will examine five crucial challenges that have emerged as critical concerns to 21<sup>st<\/sup> century Africa.
