This year,\u00a0 t<span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">he Council of Governors (COG) in collaboration with the Senate and other stakeholders will hold the 6th Annual Devolution Conference in Kirinyaga County from 4-8 March 2019. The Conference will bring together key players and stakeholders to reflect on the devolution journeys and milestones achieved over the last five years and chart a way forward on how to make devolution successful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">The theme of this year\u2019s Conference is\u00a0<\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">\u201cDeliver. Transform. Measure<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">\u201d with a clarion call of \u201c<em>Remaining Accountable\u201d.\u00a0<\/em>The Conference is anchored\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">on the \u201cBig Four Agenda\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\">These sectors include; Trade; Agriculture; Health; Affordable Housing and infrastructure.
