The training hosted participants from various departments of the Ministry of Health, Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Trust, WaterAid, Water and Environmental Sanitation Network and the Center of Medical Research Lambarene (Gabon). During the four day training, participants covered the foundations of evidence-informed policymaking, how to access evidence, how to appraise evidence, how to synthesise evidence and how to apply the evidence in decision making.<\/p>\n<p>ARCS is a Global Health Research Group awarded by the\u00a0National Institute for Health Research\u00a0(NIHR grant reference number 17\/63\/42) and led by the\u00a0Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine\u00a0(LSTM).
