Coordinated measures for improved preparedness, implemented across all levels of government in partnership with stakeholders, are essential for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.<\/p>\n<p>AFIDEP\u2019s Director of Research and Development Policy and Head of Malawi Office,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/afidep.org\/fr\/?post_type=staff&#038;p=9748\">Nyovani Janet Madise<\/a>\u00a0will be speaking during the session on\u00a0<strong><em>The social and economic impact of population growth<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a0<strong><em>3:30 PM \u2013 5:00 PM (CAT<\/em><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>The event will also launch a new report,\u00a0<em>Global Population Growth and Sustainable Development<\/em>, prepared by the Population Division of UN DESA.
