The forum seeks to deliberate how\u00a0soft skills development can be augmented in order to improve youth employment.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, Dr. Zulu shall speak on capturing the landscape in soft skills development, with a focus on how context matters, and the differences in fostering soft skills among out-of- school youth and those in formal education.<\/p>\n<p>Other key points\u00a0of discussion shall include the challenges in soft skills implementation and assessment of the uptake of soft skills among youth and using the evidence to inform scale up.
