L&rsquo;objectif de ce rapport est de commencer \u00e0 construire un r\u00e9seau de scientifiques. et des d\u00e9cideurs politiques d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 aider le Sahel \u00e0 relever ses d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de population, d\u2019environnement et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.
