Mary Ng\u2019endo Mwami<\/strong> joins AFIDEP as a Research and Policy Associate, to provide both technical input and project coordination support in the implementation of the health financing project – Advancing Domestic Health Financing (ALDIH)<\/p>\n

Mary brings in over 10 years of professional work experience in qualitative and quantitative policy research and data management, having worked with various research entities across different sectors.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining AFIDEP, Mary has worked as a data analyst at Kenyatta University and the Kenya School of Government, and has been involved in the coordination and implementation of research and policy projects as well as capacity building at the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA), where she served as a Young Professional.<\/p>\n

Mary holds a Master\u2019s degree in Health Economics and Policy, from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Mathematics and Statistics major) from Kenyatta University. She is also skilled in data analysis packages including STATA, NVIVO, EPI DATA, SPSS and Open Data Kit (ODK).<\/p>\n
