His specialisation is in the design and implementation of qualitative research, including the development of tools, management of fieldwork, and supervision of teams of researchers to ensure data quality, ethics, and credibility. Amos has advanced expertise in coding and thematic analysis of complex qualitative datasets, translating evidence into brief, decision-focused reports and learning products for donors, implementers, and policymakers. He consistently strengthens accountability, adaptive management, and program performance through clear synthesis and insights focused on utilization.
