Prior to joining AFIDEP, he served as a health financing advisor at the Ministry of Health in Zambia, working in the Policy and Planning department. His core expertise is around Health Financing, Health Policy Analysis, Health Economic Evaluations, and Health System Strengthening in low and middle-income countries (LMICs).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Oliver earned his Ph.D in health economics from the University of York, where his doctoral thesis focused on cost-effectiveness analyses of healthcare interventions in low- and middle-income countries.
