AFIDEP Strategic Plan 2015-2019

The 2015–2019 period marks an important turning point, as AFIDEP matures from an innovative start-up to a robust, professionalised institution. To ensure we continue to meet the needs of our various stakeholders, this Strategic Plan was developed in a participatory and consultative manner. Its development was informed by the evolving global development scene from the Millennium Development Goals to the post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals. The resulting Plan presented here provides an ambitious but achievable roadmap for building on our past gains to expand the scope and impact of our work.
