Bernard Musamba from Kampala Uganda is a researcher at the Makerere University Center for Climate Change and Innovation (MUCCRI) and the Urban Action Lab (UAL). MUCCRI and UAL conduct research about issues related to climate change and urban resilience.

He is happy to have learned about the PHED concepts which integrate very important aspects to improve output in research and conservation projects. He is going to lobby for this integration of PHED in his research institutions and conservation organization, Arocha Uganda where he also works a conservation officer implementing conservation projects.

Being part of this PHED program, he says is an opportunity to transform communities through sustainable programs which are holistic and impactful.
