Chifwiri joins AFIDEP as a Projects Administration Officer with over ten years of experience working at the intersection of education and sustainable development. Throughout her career, she has supported effective programme delivery through strong project management and administrative leadership, ensuring that projects are implemented efficiently and deliver measurable impact.

Her expertise spans project management and administration, communications, youth development, literacy, climate change adaptation, entrepreneurship development, and sustainable agriculture. She brings a results-oriented approach to coordinating teams, managing resources, and strengthening operational systems to support programme success.

Chifwiri is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. She holds a Master of Social Science in Development Studies from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Education (Humanities) from the University of Malawi.

In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, exploring different cuisines through cooking, and baking.
