Priscilla Shao, is a Tanzania from a region called Kigoma. She works for the Jane Goodall Institute in their Gombe Stream Research center as a Veterinary Laboratory Technician. He works is focused on conserving African Great Apes and their habitats, with an emphasis on chimpanzees through wildlife research, education and conservation. Having been part of the inaugural PHED Leadership training, Shao hopes to raise more awareness about integrated work using the PHED concept. This, she says will promote a better future in the context of the climate change crisis.
