Danson joins AFIDEP as the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer in the Kenya Office.

An articulate communicator who can fluently speak the languages of both people and technology, blending technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills while interacting effectively with customers, sales staff, and technical/engineering teams, Danson will provide overall ICT support, an essential enabler of the institute’s work.

He brings in over twelve years of ICT experience having worked with Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM), Childline Kenya and Wananchi Online. He has accomplished many feats including setting up of KAM’s ERP system, Office 365 deployment, website development, ICT policy and strategy design among others.

Danson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Egerton University. He is certified in CCNA, CEH (Certificate in Ethical Hacking) and Prince 2 Project Management. He is currently pursuing his Master’s of Science Degree in data science and business analytics at SimplyLearn.

In his free time, Danson enjoys swimming, table tennis, travelling, farming and is a regular at the gym.
