• Bidding will be conducted via the official tender boxes located at AFIDEP Office Westcom Point, Wing A, 1^st Floor, Mahiga Mairu Avenue, Westlands.
• Interested bidders are required to complete a Bid Form (page 3), place it in a sealed envelope and deposit it into the designated tender box. The bidding form can be obtained from AFIDEP Offices or AFIDEP Website.
