UNITING THE WORLD TO TACKLE CLIMATE CHANGE

The COP26 summit will bring parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

AFIDEP will attend the summit through the BUILD program (Building Capacity for Integrated Family Planning/Reproductive Health and Population, Environment and Development Action) which seeks to address interlinked Population, Environment and Development (PED) challenges for sustainable development in low and middle-income countries to enable integrated FP/RH and PED action using the Systems thinking approach.
