Amos Nsabwe is a Research Associate with over nine years of experience supporting donor-funded research, policy, and learning initiatives in the development sector. His specialisation is in the design and implementation of qualitative research, including the development of tools, management of fieldwork, and supervision of teams of researchers to ensure data quality, ethics, and credibility. Amos has advanced expertise in coding and thematic analysis of complex qualitative datasets, translating evidence into brief, decision-focused reports and learning products for donors, implementers, and policymakers. He consistently strengthens accountability, adaptive management, and program performance through clear synthesis and insights focused on utilization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) degree and is currently pursuing an MSc in Gender and Development, enabling him to integrate gender-responsive and equity-focused perspectives into research and policy recommendations.
In his free time, Amos enjoys reading, traveling, and visiting heritage sites.
