Peter is an Agricultural and Natural Economist with 3 years of experience in program implementation, research, and training within both the private sector and non-governmental organizations. As a youth advocate and Domestic Resource Mobilization Champion, he has successfully lobbied county governments to increase revenue allocation to climate change Adaptation. He has a strong interest in climate change research and development in areas such as financing locally led initiatives, food and nutrition, education, and agriculture and Health. Currently, he works as a project officer for the Devolution and Climate Change Adaptation program and the Founder and Executive Director of NextGen Empowerment Network, a civil society organization leveraging on the knowledge of Youth in shaping sustainable livelihoods.
