The African Institute for Development Policy (AFIDEP) in partnership with the Zankli Research Centre (ZRC) at Bingham University is hosting a training on evidence-informed decision-making (EIDM) in Abuja Nigeria under the Leaving no-one behInd: transforming Gendered pathways to Health for TB (LIGHT) consortium. The five-day training (4 July 2022 – 8 July 2022) seeks to enhance the capacity of mid-to-senior level policymakers in accessing, appraising, synthesising and applying research evidence. 

The training will convene mid-to-senior-level TB programme researchers from Nigeria’s National TB Programme, State TB Programme, WHO, Centre for Gender and Policy Studies at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and the Zankli Research Centre (ZRC) at Bingham University.
