Godfrey Pumbwa serves at AFIDEP as a Communications Officer in the Malawi Office.

Godfrey is a seasoned communications officer with over six years of work experience in internal and external communications, journalism, media relations, corporate communications, branding, and content writing for newspapers, the web, and social media.

Before joining AFIDEP, Godfrey was a communications specialist with the African Institute of Corporate Citizenship (AICC). He has also worked with reputable organisations such as United Purpose and Lilongwe City Council.

He holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from University of Malawi, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same university and a Diploma in Business Management.

In his leisure time, he loves spending time with his family, reading books on personal development, swimming, and learning new things.
